Shipping policy

Shipping Timeframes

We ship all of our devices either the same day or the next day, depending on the day of the week your order is placed. Please note the following details regarding our shipping schedule:

  • Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped out on the following Monday.
  • No shipments are collected by couriers on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Shipments are not sent out on major holidays as there is no pickup by the couriers.

Couriers

We use the following couriers for our shipments:

  • United States Post Office (USPS) via Ground Advantage
  • UPS Ground

Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send you the tracking number. Please be aware that the tracking progress may take up to a day to appear in the courier's system.

Insurance & Claims / Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us right away: Contact us immediately to report the damage.
  2. Take pictures: Provide us with photos of the damaged package.
  3. Do not open the package: If the package is visibly damaged, do not open it. Instead, notify us with supporting images.

We will start a claim immediately and arrange for a replacement device or a refund. Your prompt notification and documentation are crucial for us to process your claim quickly and efficiently.
